Light a candle, perhaps red if you have, and set an intention to release anything which may be blocking you from truly connecting with the heart space, hearing its messages, guidance and discernment. Feel the warmth of the candle and imagine that warmth dispersing all fear and physical limitations. Focus on the flame as a door or portal where your heart based connection grows more expansive and unlimited. Take some time to journal and declare your intentions, be them general goals such as building rapport with your heart and soul, or more specific things you want to see grow and materialize in your physical reality.
